OPTIX Program is one of the reputed projects of Infosys Digital. The business requirement is to digitalize the sales and service experience of one of the largest telecommunications client in US. The project is to enhance user experience of its various web applications some of which were internal apps used by its employees.
Our Work:
An updated version of legacy application with improved usability was designed with user-centric approach, enhanced usability, high peak load and performance. We conducted user research, stakeholder workshops and client guided workshops to inherit their brand image along with ease of using design. This application allows user to sequentially store and analyze customer data related to specific sales order. It also extended online support to the customers through the digital Complaint Handling Portal.

Our Success:
We digitalized and created enhanced experience for the staff, sales managers, and service personas by modernizing service portal and data processing portal that were designed using Adobe suite. This is made for one of the trusted and long-bonded client of Infosys and bagged many applauds.
